Zero computer experience. Zero server experience. I doubt the man has ever used a light switch. This is the newest face of wizards in the IT world. Today I caught him trying verbally input an email into MS Paint. It took every fiber of my being not to tell him that he had to draw a little owl with the paintbrush tool to make it work.
